Sandoval, 41, and the mom of a California teenager have been indicted by a federal grand jury in August. The indictment said staff for Sandoval’s agency handcuffed the teenager at a retailer in Fresno, California, and drove him to the Agape Boarding School in Stockton, Missouri. The boy allegedly remained restrained for The complete 27-hour journey. Sandoval and the mom are accused of violating the boy’s restraining order in the direction of her.
